Magical charge runestone tower banner
This banner doesnt seem to work (at all?) One time ive started with a relic that gave me +40% spell damage and I then later picked a banner that gives runestone towers 10% of spell damage. All I got was 1 extra damage, not 4 as the banner would suggest. Whats up with that?

its a % of your heros spell damage%. so if you have no meta upgrades for spell damage, that banner wont do much. for example, if you had 100% spell damage bonus on your hero, with 50% banners, your tower with base 30 damage would become 45.

it counts as well, you can hover above the hero image in the bottom left to track your spell damage which is taken into calculation for magical charge

then it must be bugged because in a pretty long run i had 390% extra spell damage but the damage of the runestone tower wasnt increased, and i did have the magical charge banner

Did you offset this against the base damage of the Runestone Tower?

So l am in a game right now and just did the legendary Magical Charge banner cause l am going for wind rune fusion and my hero currently has 19% Spell Damage and the banner gives 18%.
Both my rune towers went from 30 starting damage to 31 current damage????
I think this is bugged. Should be 3.4 or rounded 3.
I am trying a magical power build also thought this would be a great banner.

18% from 19% are 0.0342% which then added on the runestone base damage (30) are 1,026 -> So 31.

This banner needs much more scaling on spell damage to do its wonders :-)

Is that math system the way all the banners work?
It's best with the hero spell that adds spell damage. you get your spell damage in the thousands of percentages in higher levels, and the banner percentage hundreds of percent. It's the only way I've gotten past level 40 so far.
