Restoring lost purchases.
IMPORTANT. This topic for those players who did not get an item after purchasing it. Those guys who will try get free weapons by deceit(it can be get sighted easily) will be punished.

We do apologize for that issue. This was happened because transaction was made before your profile fully loaded. We fixing it now. But some people was affected already. If you are one of them just follow a few next steps, that helps us to restore your lost purchase:

1. Check your inventory.
Before reporting the lost purchase restart the game and check your inventory a few times. We have some temporary technical difficulties with main server that loads profiles, so it may take a time to load your profile. If your inventory loaded(also loaded items you purchased before), but your new item did not shows up, then you can report us about lost purchase;

2. Forward transaction e-mail and your Steam ID to us.
Forward your in-game transaction e-mail(you should recieve one after making purchase) to b3dcrashreports@gmail.com, also specify in forwarding e-mail your in-game Steam ID.
Attention! This is a necessary step. We can not restore your lost purchases without your transaction e-mail and your in-game Steam ID.
Steam ID can be found in game options.

3. Be patient.
Wait. We will consider your reports and restore your lost purchases.

Topic updated: Instead of sending your nickname send you Steam ID(it's a lot faster to find you in our database by Steam ID).

I've sent a couple of emails, with no reply, and now I've sent one with my steam-id again, the receipt, and a screenshot that was taken just after i bought the Krytac.
I have been waiting for days now... I lost 34$ in the Mega Pack... This is a theft ! So please answer to e-mail !!

Hey, I've been waiting on for 2 days now to get my Premium User 7 day thing restored.
I forwarded all necesssary details, such as my nickname, ID and even a screenshot as proof of purchase.

Yet I still haven't got so much as a response from anyone, whether it be confirming my purchase has been restored or not.

In the past I've got responses on my problem within a day of originally forwarding my purchase email. Can you please tell me whats taking this so long?

Hey i bought a gun and when i did it said: ERROR, something went wrong. but when i try to get it restored they say the purchase was succesful on their end.
