Subway legend difficulty one-hit-kill
Sometimes any hit depletes more than half of the bar and it's gameover.

I've got this ♥♥♥♥ 3 - 4 times and I think this is glitch.

Any chance I could get through this?

You have to play very carefully, no other way around it. Invest on block and especially range, to help clear hordes from a good distance and safely. I recommend the blue style, I always had success with it, especially with higher cards. But agree the one hit KO are ridiculous, once they killed me with over 300 health.

They really should rebalance legend, as it is, is just not fun at all... maybe they could change it, so instead of altering enemies damage areas, it increases the enemy count or spawns more special enemies and the like.

Legend is doable. You might get your butt kicked 100+ times but it is possible. What helps me is to maximize strike length and strike power, and have a good chain of attacks. Even with this it is still a worthy challenge.

The special MOBs hit very hard. One special MOB in particular that appears only in supermarket and subway stages (the fat guy with a little guy on his shoulders) will instakill you, beware.

I remember using blue combo set to get it, investing into range, and kiting enemies using a bench. Legendary subway definitely seems to spike in difficulty, but if you manage to stay ahead of the curve it's definitely doable.

Thanks guys, I've cleared subway legend.
Here's some strategy I've got after some trials and errors.

1. Dynamic mode(1.5x boost on game speed) is actually fun to play and help save the time when my build is screwed up.
This is basically rogue-lite game with RNG so there's a time when the player do their best but it's actually unbeatable no matter how they control the fight well.

2. One-hit-kill MOBs are two kinds, one appears in 10 minute, wearing hat with red pipe wrench, and the other one appears in 15 minute, the two guys move as one.

3. Using Golden Lotus, Burrito or Energy Drink just in time they appear. Of course it's random on level up, but player can boost up the chance.
I saved re-roll chance and left money on the ground to use Golden Lotus on time. Burrito or energy drink appears completely random but when I found one, I just saved it, memorized its position for the time when one-hit-kill MOB appears.

4. Blue combo deals damage with crescent effect reaching far away. With blue combos and attack damage/range boost on level up, legend is still doable without RNG luck.

5. The second one-hit-kill MOB appears in 15 minute and has very high HP so even using Golden Lotus, it's not a guarantee kill. For this case, just avoid it until 20 minute so that the boss appears. When the boss appears, other MOBs will disappear outside the boss itself.

I don't know one-hit-kill was intended or not(it feels like error though), but even with that, it's completely doable and it was fun and great challenge.
