Unlock Bug: Beat construction boss resets

Like the title says. This has happened twice. Kill the construction area boss, get the unlock. Come back to the game and it's locked again. I even unlocked the one after it and now of course that's locked too.

Any fixes?

After playing a level, it seems to "unlock" again.

Although I just killed like 50 people with a bat and that unlock didn't unlock. These seem a bit bugged
