Could this be feasably played with a controller?

I'm not asking if it has controller support, I'm asking how feasible it would be to map the controls to a controller and play comfortably. (Using Steam's native support)
Usually the only thing that limits this is heavy mouse control or having completely different controls when playing a different role/character.

OGAT would work quite well with a controller as it only needs 2 buttons to swap up and down the list of weapons, a button for firing the weapon, a button for turning on you flash light, a button for light switches and 2 control sticks for moving and looking. all achievble on a xbox or playstation controller.

Aiming with the right-stick leaves a little something to be desired, as it doesn't quite feel as responsive as a natural twin-stick shooter would, but it is very playable. I hope they add controller support in the future. (especially since interacting with items can be cumbersome with this faked method)
