Gamepad does not Work

I have an issue. My hama Black Force gamepad does not work. I installed it via the ce360 emulator ( same procedure like Darksiders I + II, Darksouls etc ). In the start menue i can see butten orders to start the campaign etc but ryse does not react to the pad. Does anyone have the same issue? Maybe a fix :)?

I have the same problem with my gamepad "Logitech Cordless rumblepad II"
Tried to install xbox360 emulator, the game recognize xbox360 controller, but no reaction to the pad.
Can anyone help please ??

I "fixed" the issue .... well ... i bought a xBox 360 controller for 25 Euro...

I can play it with my ps3 controller and the programm DS3 works fine.
But i love to play with mouse and keyboard

As listed on the Store Page, the only fully supported Gamepads are the Xbox 360 and Xbox One pads- all other pads or configuration tools are not officially supported out of the box.

x360ce and DS3 did not work for me. They both are working with other games like Darksouls and Darksiders, so i think the configurations were right.

it works, just use x360ce 64bits and run it in BIN64 folder under ryse.

Hey dev, MarcelH, even with a 360 controller it doesn't work. There are TONS of reports of this in the forums here, wish I had read that before buying this game, I might have to get a refund. The game will show m/k controls and then when a button or thumbstick is pressed or touched, the game switches to controller but stops working after that. when you guys have fixed this, let me know and I will repurchase this game. I like to play first person shooter with a m/k, I prefer a controller for third person action games.

found the way to fix it, just put x360ce.ini , x360ce_x64.exe and xinput1_3.dll into \Steam\steamapps\common\Ryse Son of Rome\Bin64

I know this thread is old but thank you Rumpus and Quffee, I followed your steps and my dual action gamepad is working in game now!!!
