English voices with other subtitles ?

Is it possible to have the english voices and the french subtitles ?

Aw, weird they haven't added an option for that. :/

Well actually, tip from Tim doesn't work...

I rename the :

French.pak into French2.pak
French_xml.pack into French_xml2.pack
English.pak into French.pak
English_xml.pak into French_xml.pack

But now, all the game is in english (menu, cutscenes, voices...) :'(

Is it not possible to have the game in the language you want with just english voices ?

It's really easy :

1) do a backup of your English and French files.
2) In the properties of the game / Languages : English
3) Rename the French_xml.pak into English_xml.pak

And, it's done !

I have been trying for a week now to figure that out. The game does not have a config .ini file for me to alter, apparently the developers do not want ppl changing things in their game, like say... change of language subtitle or custom config (2 portrait, 1 landscape monitor) 4K windowed resolution or drag to fit... :'(

You are awesome sirah thanks again i can finally enjoy Ryse in the authentic Italian (or as close to Latin as i can get) similar to the original Roman dialect spoken by the ppl of the ancient world in this game and still be able to follow the story and access menus with English text & subtitles! :'D

I used: Steam game properties (in library right click on Ryse, select properties, select language - Italian), then copied to desktop my Localization folder in the Ryse folder in steam apps from my program files x86, then went back into program files x86> Steam apps>Ryse> Localization and renamed the English_xml file to Italian_xml, be sure to delete the original Italian_xml file or you will end up with Italian_xml(2)...
