Where are the save files kept?

Maybe I am just being blind today but I cannot find the location of the save files, it appears my local saves are not present at all?

I'm wondering that as well. You'd think they would be in the documents folder where most games store saves but I can't find em in there.

I had my steam cloud turned off any it wouldnt save at all, so i think all saves are in the cloud ;/

I've got mine turned off as well but xp and game settings are still there so it's gotta be saving to somewhere.
