Missing character models and bad textures.

[Wet Balls]

When I started up this game I noticed that for some reason no enemies had character models except for eyes and a mouth. This is the same for other npcs as well. I just see floating weapons with really bad textures. In addition the environment will have random muddy textures. I get a good framerate but idk what the hell is going on. Links included.

gotta say that sucks, but it does look kinda cool haha, have you tried different graphics settings? (low / medium / high)

yep tried all the settings. updated drivers. un and reinstalled. and messed around with the .cfg
