I am having this EXACT problem. It is making the game unplayable and I can't find a way to actually CONTACT any tech support from the publisher. Grrrrrrrr.
Let me know if it helped any gents.
I'm think there may be a brightness slider but I can't remember. But I'm wondering if you are having another issue as the games brightness should be ok as standerd. Do you know about RGB and limited and full options in the Nvidia control panel? May be worth a look to see what your screen and gfx card are doing. Good luck. I happen to be reinstalling right now.
thx a lot it was helpful
Wanted to play this game for so long, since it appeared, had not enough gpu for it, now is the chance and got scared by this misfortunate thing. Why is it rendering it so badly by default?
There is no file called config.ini in any of the Ryse folders. I've searched multiple times. Could you please type in the correct name of the config file you suggest we alter.
Thanks

Launch the game. In the top right there should be be a X icon to exit the game, and a Gear icon below the X icon for options. The options screen was 'invisible' for me on it's first load. I had to click around and exit. The second load of the options screen showed the options, such as screen size, subtitles, key bindings, sound volume, etc.
