Game Crashes

Hi everyone,

I have looked around and it seems that steam does not have a support, nothing at all, despite the community. If someone knows any other support communication channel please kindly let me know.

Nonetheless, I have bought Ryse Son of Rome and it crashes on the 1st introduction/ cinematic video.

I am playing Assassins Creed Valhalla without any issues, and I think the issue with Ryse is a matter of compatibility.

I have tried to run it through "big picture mode" and the same happened.

So right now I am trying to launch in a compatibility mode, however the Windows compatibility mode is not available for this game, and I have found out that we can use the Steam Play - Compatibility tool as such. I have found out Proton and other tools, but I am unable to setup the Steam Play and download/ set them up.

First of all, when I click on "Steam" -> "Settings" on the upper left corner, "Steam Play" is missing. From what I have seen, it should appear right under "Shader Pre-Caching", but there is nothing, so I am unable to use the compatibility tool.

Any suggestion please?
