Game lag in high-end PC

The FPS is dropping from 112 to 40-30 sometimes.. Game is freezing too much, even in low graphics. Anyone can help me?

I was already using it to fix the FPS at 60, but it was not enough. Now I'm using both.

its help. Ryzen 7500f and rx7700xt about 300fps on full settings after add this command. Before i had drops to 40fps.

After a bit of searching I found the solution!
So you have to change "Low Latency Mode" from "on" to "ultra" under Nvidia Control Panel -> Program Settings -> Select Game Ryse Son of Rome.
