Where is the settings menu for this game?

alr so go to the menue and go to top left you should see a gear icon right under the close X, it'll be there.

Oh! There's a gear? I can't see mine because my screen is pulled to the right beyond sight. I'll try to find it.

I also had issue where screen was truncated so cannot see settings button. To fix it hit ALT and ENTER to enter windowed mode. You should then be able to see the settings icon and set a appropriate resolution in video settings.

Came looking for this option as well... initially opened in a weird full screen resolution, the gear was cut off... opening the game a second time actually went proper full screen so could see the option (gear icon)

I don't have the gear... and there is a black bar at the bottom of the screen.
