Edit - The game .exe as well.
And if this is an old problem why would not the devs of this updated version of the game address it? Or at least make a post here concerning it?
Again its a cheap game no doubt but support is support and it reflects on your company going forward.
Though I do appreciate your information.
To me, I have the GOG version and this error appears at the begining when I open the exit door and the first cutscene starts. I did the DEP policy All On, All Off, with and without exception of the game .exe file, in compatibility mode and without, and the same Phoenix VR error appears in the same place. I know there is a 2001 error fix for the Steam version, but as far as I know it fixes a grey suitcase access error (whatever that is) and cutscene errors. You can try it by copying the exe file to the game dir, don't forget to make a backup the of the original exe file first. The fix is here:
