OVERSEER.EXE has stopped working

Hi.. I'm have a problem when I'm first time (after installing Overseer) to start my game Overseer, cannot load and say "OVERSEER.EXE has stopped working"? How to fix this problem?

Two things that have helped me:

1) try deleting tex.ini from the game folder. Take a copy first if you like, but the game should recreate it. Then try again. If there is still a problem.
2) check the Application event log in Windows. If there are errors logged for Overseer.exe and the faulting module is nvd3d9wrap.dll, try renaming the dll to something else like nvd3d9wrap.old, and change it back when you've finished playing. The file is in C:\Program Files (x86)\NVIDIA Corporation\coprocmanager
