Game Stuck help

[SXYMA]

My game is stuck at the first loading screen after choosing the character, I can hear the game running but loading screen page won't go away, I tried launching it full screen, borderless... Same result except on window I can see on borders the stage behind

Any idea to fix this please ?

Already tried that still the same, also deleted then re installed... nothing that's weird

I noticed also when I start It the game doesn't detect my vol1 dlc like I see on others videos, I'm on Laptop btw Blade17 Idk If that's only me, guess I'll continue delete and restart or wait an update
Everything updated my pilots and pc also No idea where It come from

Same problem here can't seem to launch it after choosing my name i'll try again after restarting my pc and if it doesn't work just wait for an update or refund it.

Ah at least It's not only me, ye I think maybe a first launch problem for some devices so have to wait an update..

Yes i send a mail to the assitance to try to know if there was a solution or if just had to wait because if its not patch in 2 weeks i will just refund.

Best we can do is report it and wait for an update if there is none in 12 days just ask for a refund.

I tried everything launch window, full screen, borderless, delete reinstall, install on external stockage, restart pc, force shutdown, even reboot to clear all potential mods files from others games still the same soo my only idea left is refund the game and re buy it but Idk If it's really gonna do something...
