Does stats help Wheel of Fortuna from Jester?

Is there any stat that help the Wheel of Fortuna like Offensive Ability Power or Defence Ability Power?

There is nothing saying that this skill is Affected by any of those both Abilitys.

In DD1 it used to make the wheel spin slower, thus making it easier to get the result you wanted.

I'm not sure if stats also effect results, such as all enemies damaged etc or if that just scales by level/hero damage.
