i cannot move

i have no idea whats happening, but my character is barely twitching when i hold the arrow key. no matter what movement i make if i run aim or walk he just stops after less than a step. its happening across every save file and i restarted the game again with no difference.

if anyone else has this problem, validating files fixed it for me. 2 were missing for some reason.
