Game locking up

Installed as part of a bundle of point and click games, this was the one that I actually wanted after reading the books. Now for the problem, every time I try to do anything in the crafting menu the game locks up. Tried running windowed, and tried every compatibility available. Any suggestions? I'm at the part where it is necessary to craft, and no matter what items I choose it locks up and cursor dissapears. Please Help!

"Crafting menu" Lmao... Back then, it was just called an "inventory". Back then, we didn't do as much "Combining" of items as today, so I'm not surprised that the game consistantly crashes right there.

But yeah, I crash right there as well. Running Windows 8.1, full specs on profile.

Also bump, this locking up issue is the last obstacle i have to being able to play this again properly, hopefully someone can come up with why it's doing this, (i'm on windows 10 for context)

Me too. Combine can and funnel and lose cursor. Win 7.

Anyone still having problems. I tried a lot of things. Almost gave up. I checked the scaling box in the properties for the moon executable. Also ran as admin. Gave it another try through steam and it works. Hope that helps. Details if needed.
