Always suffocate during liftoff from the Moon. (looks like a bad bug)

I have oxygenation powder in inventory. And I can make a chlorate of potash. Oxygen purification system can nt be clicked with oxygenation powder, but can be with chlorate of potash and protagonist say "I fill the system after liftoff." In every case there is a game over cutscene after liftoff with text - you suffocate, you have no chlorate of potash with you.
This seems like a real "game over" - I can not pass this, so can not beat the game at all.
