So I did a complete refresh of our test computer and installed a copy of this game on a clean computer. It had run without problems. There are many variables in which the product may not run as intended. Could you provide more information about your system and any programs you may have running in the system tray?

System tray Programs which are always running, dragon gaming center, Intel rapid storage technology, nahimic for msi, Logitech, Intel HD graphics, Nvidia settings, steelseries.

Intel core I7-5700HQ
8GB RAM
Intel HD Graphics 5600
Nvidia GeForce Gtx 960M
Windows 10 64bits.

I tryed to run it on both graphic card, but it gives me the same crash.

You have two graphics cards on your computer. Is there a way for you to set the application so only one card is able to be accessed at a time?

Ok I've just found the solution. I simply set the compability mode on Wind 8 instead of Wind 7. And I could finally log in.

About my two graphic cards, the intel is used to work only on destop things. The Nvidia is used for more greedy softwares or games.

Well I hope it will work fine now.

Thanks for the update. Hopefully this will help other players as well. Unfortunately, our games are most likely designed for Windows 7 and older, so Windows 8 and Windows 10 may give issues. What you did is what we usually suggest our customers to do, try the compatibility mode. Enjoy the game :)
