I can't go from chapter 3 to chapter 4

I've reached the end of chapter 3, and I've already played the game several times.
And still chapter 4 doesn't open and I can't select it.
I've already watched several endings.
What can be done?

I think we need to get max amount of hearts to unlock next chapter.

On the final chapter 3 summary screen, you can click drag the background back to the left, you will see scenes with locked paths, try them with different options to unlock outcomes, then when you unlock enough of them you will get enough % progress to continue to chapter 4 eventually.

you just have to get enough hearts with at least like 1 chick to get the chapter unlocked. if that's the chapter you get Seung-yi, it's easiest to get through chapter with just worrying about her hearts.

I'm doing my best to explain that you need to make the choices from the beginning. Completing 100% won't change much if you haven't followed the predefined path to maximize affinity.

Keep in mind that chapter complete % has nothing to do with progressing to the next chapter. The % shows how many scenes you've viewed in that chapter, which also includes hidden endings.

To gain enough points for the next chapter, i'd recommend starting from chapter 1 and try to follow a route that gives you all positive points. If you still don't have enough to go from chapter 3 to 4, then try as many dating routes as possible, but always try to keep positive points whenever possible.
