"Im Seung-yi" does not unlock in the album

I have 52/53 achievements and am stuck at the "ALL-CLEAR" achievement.

The one thing that is missing, is the "Im Seung-yi"-video on the album. I have played Chapter 4 over multiple times but it doesnt unlock

Does anyone have an idea how to resolve that?

I do not have yet all the achievements you have, congratulations, but I had the same issue as you.
I finally found a youtube video with the steps and it worked.
Beware, the youtuber in this video goes very fast and you need to pause on some frames for understanding what and where...
But the main mistake I did was to stay on chapter 4... you have to start in chapter 3 !
The starting sequence was: Chap 3, I'm Here to get Married! scene, Playground, Slide, ... etc

The missing scene will explain why you found a dirty baby clothe.

Try finding from the nodes the one where it seems incomplete (something like it could still branch out), was having problem like this on chapters 2-4, so i rechecked the nodes turns out there's either a cutscene you missed.

Thank you very much for this link, I followed this, and now it successfully unlocked :-)

Seems I am missing 2% in Chapter 2, so now I'm off to find out how to complete that last bit :D

If you haven’t figured it out yet, there’s variants of Help and Don’t Help based on what you did with Min-jung back in chapter 1. You have to play dumb for one set and do any of the other actions for the other.
