A lot of these types of games self-censor themselves but you can lift the censor with a patch.

Jesus dude... life really isn't that hard. Steam gets devs to self-censor games with a patch. That way Valve can sell pron, while walking around in a Nun Halloween Costume and pretending that they are "holier than thou". People download the patch that removes the patch.

It's only been known about for I dunno ... since Steam started selling these kinds of games? And I don't even play these kinds of games - I ask Steam to filter them out and not show me...
