Cant access water gun fight

I've 100% of the game with all steam achievements but the water gun fight is still locked for me everything else is unlocked not sure why

there is no water gun fight from what I know. there is a video in the album of the girls on the beach playing with water guns but if you 100%ed it should already be unlocked. But if you have 100% unlocked it can you tell me how did you get these achievements: "should I just disappear?" "I'm cashing in my wish," "whew that was close". And also I'm stuck on chapter 2 at 98% progress and there's nothing else I can do?

I 100%ed every chapter but I still have not unlocked the steam acheivement and the album, it's so weird

i had the same issue, i got it by playing dumb in the park with ming ming in chapter 1 and then not helping in chapter 2

For me to get the water gun fight I romance all of them, but Min Jung (idol Girl) and then in chapter 5 eat Min Jung's dish then stop the fight and reconcile. Not sure if that is how but it worked for me.
