Did the developers forget about Yuman and Eun-bi's age difference?
So, Eun-bi says Yuman took baths with her when they were young. But Yuman is nearly ten years older than her. Surely that would have been socially unacceptable?

Even weirder is the unlockable scene in which we see a note from Yuman proposing that he and Eun-bi marry in ten years. It's heavily implied that Eun-bi returned to Korea because this promise had become due, so Yuman must have written the note when he was 18 or 19 and Eun-bi was 9 or 10. Not exactly cute.

It's funny because the present day scenarios are very aware of, and even emphasize, Eun-bi's status as the younger woman. It's only when discussing the past that the developers seem to have forgotten that and treat Yuman and Eub-bi as if they were the same age.

It's a weird situation to be sure. They should have just made her 2-4 years younger than Malsook and it would not have been an issue.

There is one scene when Yuman says he doesn't remember writing that letter to Eun-bi. So maybe Eun-bi just pretended he wrote it, and it was more of a one-way crush.

^ This

You also have to keep in mind, that he doesn't remember the childhood bath with Eun-bi either. Forgetting one memory with someone, sure, but two memories?

Based on her personality and obsession with Yuman, and how she said "should we take a bath together gain to remind you" and the fact that she is the only girl, of the five girls, to sexually seduce you in one of her endings... I'd say, there is a very high chance the childhood bath never happened.

If you consider how the game will referred to serious/suggestive content, but never actually goes down the path of the subject matter; very often. This is most obvious with the child abuse of Jo Seungyi's past.

It is mentioned, but not delved into.

The same can be said for:

Eun-bi' aggressive/obsessiveness with Yuman.
The idol stalker story-line with Park Minjeong.
The house stalker story-line.
Go Eunbi's story, of having a relationship/flirting with someone of different rank/position than you, in a workplace.
Living with five women and seeking relationships with more than one of them.
Being 30 years old and still living at home (and jobless).

Everything is vague on purpose. There are many examples of how the game should not be taken seriously, no matter how absurd something may seem.

But yeah, the note never happened.
The bath never happened.
Nothing is real.

I think the developers' intent was the old trope of a childhood promise which means much more to the recipient than the promiser (a la Tanis Half-Elven and Laurana Kanan). But you're right, from an in-universe perspective it's possible that Eun-bi was only pretending.

Only in one option for that scene, and not an optimal option (you lose affection points with Eun-bi and don't gain any with Mal-Sook).

I haven't seen most of the endings yet, but there is at least one ending where another girl sexually seduces Yuman. Specifically, Gran.

Again, I haven't seen most of the endings yet, but there is at least one ending which resolves this thread.

That one is resolved in the first chapter. And these days most people are unemployed for some portion of their lives. Living at home after turning 18 is not that uncommon either, or intrinsically a problem; not everybody embraces the bachelor apartment as the fundamental certificate of adulthood.
