Is there a way to reset the game if already played the demo?

I played the demo before and when I bought the game my save from the demo was still there. Is there a way to delete it and reset the game?

You can just start over from chapter 1. Your route resets anyway, also having a save might help since to progress you need a total affection. You'll find yourself jumping back to get affection for a girl you didn't plan on getting the ending for.
