How to go past chapter 4?

Im currently stuck at chapter 4. The bar is like a stupid 2% away from next chapter. WHat am i missing?

Also, how the hek do we 100% chapter 2? Ive done the bad ending with no girls and the normal progression all paths

U need to choose option with all heart from ch 1, n ch 2 just read other dicussions

most arent really helpful to what i asked...
from what i can gather, i need to focus on romancing the girl on the chapter cover?
and get all the heart options even if they down heart others?

Yes, just focus first on the girl in the chapter cover. You can redo the gameplay with your preferred girl if you already unlocked the chapter.
