Most follow a similar formula. Over a series of chapters you meet women, talk to them, go do things with them. Typically most of the women are infatuated with you, some might pretend otherwise (tsundere), some might be crazy overt about it, and some might take a bit of time before they like you. And occasionally there are some hidden romances.

There are choices in dialogue, which can raise or lower affection with each one. You also sometimes choose who you want to go out with, at the expense of others, which raises their affection. In this game you need an overall affection number to progress to the next chapter, but not all games do that. Once you get to the end, you can "confess" to any of them if you have enough affection, and you'll get their ending arc (includes bad endings).

Most of these games have a decent number of branching paths, and getting some endings can take a bit of experimentation with choices. But you can skip through any scenes you have seen so no need to play the whole thing again.

no, it's pretty tame. The "hottest" romance is Gran which is more sexualized and the camera films her in some pretty... particular way, but there's nothing explicit. You can see her panties in one scene, plenty of cleavage but that's about it.

In some ending they imply nudity but it's not shown, like one with Seyong yi

The ones like this are more like dating sims/korean soap opera where you get to participate and make choices on where the story is headed. It's just point and click and the rest is watching the actors/videos which were determined by your choices.

They are usually pretty tame, only involving minor sexy scenes like a glimpse of someone's panties and cleavage. Nothing explicit.

If you head on over to the adult tag then there are plenty of explicit sex simulating games but they are usually animations and not real videos with real actresses.
