I can't go to chapter 4

I finished 100% of Chapter 3, but Chapter 4 hasn't been unlocked. Is anyone else having the same problem?

the post was made on nov 29 2:10pm by Girth jester if you want to see for yourself. i didn't do this exactly like the post but i did some of them before seeing the post. only until chapter 4 i started doing some of them. For example on follow gran's schedule i didn't do that choice.

for some reason you need to reach some level of affection with all characters to advance chapters, follow the completed story guideline to resolve this problem
