How do I unlock the on-set interview and recording behind the scenes videos?

I've been trying to find these in-game for a while now but I just can't seem to figure out how to unlock them. Mal-sook's page says you can unlock hers in chapter 1, but I've already 100% completed that chapter and have even gone back to try some interesting choice combinations to no avail.

I don't recall needing to do anything special. By 100% completing the entire game, they were all unlocked for me. If there are specific actions required, I'm unaware of them.

Have you claimed the rewards in the bottom left corner of the story menu?

Yeah, thanks for the info. I'd always claimed those rewards as I cleared each chapter, but other than noticing the hearts gained for voting, I hadn't really paid attention to what else I might've been gaining. Good to know.
