How to open new chapter?

Im kinda stuck at CH4, cnt progress to CH5. As i understand i need get more girls love to fill progress bar? Do i need replay from begining or just any chapter with dif chhoises?

You need to get the best routes that increase the girls affection (IDK is Sausage Man counted). Play with different choice that increase the affection even that's not your best girl. Of course if there's a choices that can increase your best girl than any other girls, choose that.

You don't need to replay from the beginning; the game remembers the affection points you got the last time you completed a chapter. In fact, you can jump back to the last decision of a chapter, make a different choice, and the game will tally up any affection points from that choice with all the affection points you earned from earlier decisions in that chapter.
