Simple answer: this is not the game for you. There are plenty of games you can find in that .. thematic. But not this one. This "game" is just collection of videos created at a studio and bundled together as a game. "Modding" those would mean replacing videos. The characters in this "game" are not 3D assets, they are real actors and actresses in a video file. So you can't "edit the outfit" or some such - because there's no 3D rendering engine or anything remotely close to that.

But if you're still not convinced = think of what "real people featured in the scenes" implies. Even if it was possible somehow, "modding" them nude would be extremely offensive and almost certainly illegal. The precedence of AI-generated deep fakes featuring celebrities exists and those were indeed deemed to be illegal. I see no reason to see this case differently. Just cool your head and find something better to do with your time. This game is "a bit spicy" - but that's it. If you want it to be something it was never intended to be = again, look elsewhere.
