Screen tearing.
How do I stop it? I've looked it up a bit, and I found something that says to edit a file called Video.scr. I can't open it though. Windows says "this app can't run on your PC" and I can't find open in (x text editor) in the right click menu. The game runs fine more or less but this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ screen tearing is killing me.

This doesn't work. I have even tried triple buffer and setting my display to the exact refresh rate as the game nothing works
