Eagle Eye (Silver and Gold) - bugged?

So, what exactly are the requirements for these 2 trophies?
Because after i got the trophy on the first stage, it never unlocked on silver or gold.
+ are you allowed to chain orders?
+ are you allowed to cancel orders?
+ are you allowed to click the shields and not the characters themselves?
+ is it really 5 levels? including or total?
+ do they all have to be separate levels? If so, then why dont levels get marked as 'eagle eye' anywhere?

Because I have tried:
- replaying the 1st stage 10x, making sure I never clicked on anything that doesn't do anything
- played up to and beyond level 15, replaying a number of levels, and am very sure I got no misclicks on well over 10 times of those...

Because bronze unlocked on my first playthrough of the 1st stage on 2 profiles, but the others never did...
