Issue with Dualshock 4

I don't know if it's me, but I have this issue when using a PS4 controller where the controls are messed up with the left and right arrows moving up and down. I know I can just use something like DS4Windows to emulate Xinput and whereas that does fix the issue, I can only use up to 4 PS4 controllers like that so I can't play 5-8 players locally. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Do you have any drivers installed for the DS4's? I have none installed and it works fine with or without Xinput.

Also which version of windows are you on?

I have Jays2kings DS4windows installed and I have Windows 10 installed on my laptop.

Works perfectly with no special drivers on my win 10 machine. I suggest disabling DS4windows turning off Xinput and seeing if that works with 5+ controllers.

It doesn't even work with 1 controller unless I am emulating Xinput with it for some reason. I am not sure what's causing it but it's probably just something to do with my laptop. it's not a big issue since I can just use Xbox 360 or PS3 controllers if I have more than 4 player's but thanks for your help :)
