Why always against Satan?
Why can't someone make a game against the "God of Heaven"? Why does always Satan have to take the blame? Both are just fictional gods but I've never seen a game where you have to fight angels, archangels and god as the boss.

Without Satan, Religion would not be so powerful because they would have to enemy to "supress" their believers, and that's what "Satan" literally means, enemy.

I don't want to sound like I support Satan. I do not support one of them, but it's just true. Satan always has to take the blame and god not once.

There have been tons of games with that theme. People have already given you several examples. Another would be Final Fantasy Mystic Quest, the last boss is God, on his throne, who turned out to be the bad guy you were fighting against the entire time.

You keep dismissing the examples you're given. If you don't own the systems you need to play those games, that's your problem. Tough ♥♥♥♥. Go buy them, or stop complaining.

Shin Megami Tensei 2.

This game only came out it japan, so I was never able to play it. [/quote]

There's a translation out there. You could also include SMT 1 but depending on your choices end alignment in that one you could end up fighting on the side of the angels while in 2 all roads lead to decking an entity known as YHVH on its metaphyiscal shnoz.

If you're willing to expand your search to "at least vaguely christian-like religion turns out to be *evil*" it's a pretty common trope in jrpgs in general.

No, there are four crown princes of hell. Satan himself, Lucifer, Leviathan and Belial. Satan means "Betrayer" and "Opponent". Lucifer means "the morning star" and "light-bringer". Leviathan means something like "Snake from the depths" and Belial means "without master" and "malice".
Leviathan is usually associated with a water serpent like monster. Belial means "worthless". But if you want to get into this, there are many different stories, one is 7 princes of hell all related to the 7 sins; Lucifer, Mammon, Asmodeus, Leviathan, Beelzebub, Satan, and Belphegor. But then theres another thing about the hierarchy of demons, Lucifer, Beelzebub, Leviathan and Asmodeus were Princes of Seraphim, Lucifer being at the top with Beelzebub second. This can go on and on. Either way Lucifer is mostly the biggest dude of them all.
Screw Satan, cant wait to stomp his face in to a musical.

Ironically, the whole Lucifer name and concept is due to a mistranslation and misinterpretation of a passage that had nothing at all to do with Satan or even the Judaic beliefs. It's largely thanks to medieval religious literature like the Divine Comedy and Paradise Lost that this pre-fall Satan "Lucifer" figure/concept became popularized, to the point that it's now considered canon for many people. All that despite the fact that it stems from a mistranslation.

The hierarchy of hell also mainly derives itself from that medieval literature, which were mixtures of theological concepts and artistic liberties.
heres an idea.... IF you want to fight a good god (god, zeus, and other religious/mythical gods im not sure about) the #1 game i've heard is good that i know you get to fight the good gods and bad gods is god of war... i don't have a PS3 or any playstation for that matter so i am not able to play it but i know you play as kratos which (i think) was betrayed by zeus and because of this kratos wants to kill every greek god or something.....

GoW 3 is on ps3 but the first 2 were on ps2, then theres the hand held ones. The story of GoW in a nutshell is Kratos asked Ares for power, Ares tricks him into killing family, kratos kills gods.

You must not play many games if you haven't played any where you fight angels.

Lol, yeah. I've killed more gods than anything else. Lightning Returns and Xenoblade Chronicles being a recent example.

I'm sorry..what?!? You mind backing that four princes thing up at all? Biblically, I don't believe there's any support for a "four crown princes of hell". Also, Leviathan is described as some sort of a sea creature, typically depicted as some sort of large sea serpent.
Satan and Lucifer are typically believed to be one being, not separate, though I will give room to allow the interpretation of lucifer to be the morning star. Regardless of this, if you're talking about you wanting to see the God of the Bible as the enemy (which would be difficult to make sense of if you use a biblical representation of the God of the Bible), I expect you to use the Bible to back up such claims as 4 crown princes of hell.
Sounds to me like you're just bitter at religion (or rather Christians or just people who call themselves Christians), and so you want to see some mockery of their faith. Either way, such a mockery wouldn't make there beliefs wrong.
