Any missable achievements?

Are there any missable achievements? Is there any infinite source of enemies to grind achievements on after completing the game? I'm going for 100%.

The "Cluster Luck" achievement is missable if you collect all the soul clusters before attempting it. You must collect 5 soul clusters without touching the ground, it is pretty easy and I got it accidentally.

Following 3 achievements are missable:

Top Gunner - Shot down a Spire missile with a blast while hovering

Cluster Luck - Collect at least five Soul Clusters without touching the ground

Terminal Hog - Take down an Extraction Facility while on a motorcycle

The Description for Top Gunner isnt totally acurate. I just got it without shooting down a spire missle, Alternatively you can get it by killing 50 Demons with the blast power while hovering. (An ingame progress notification gave me the number)

I just got Top Gunner by summoning a tower myself and blasting its rockets. So it's possible to get after playing through the game.

But it's much harder.

The one for surfing on a comet as it explodes is also a bit harder after getting powers, since you just much higher and getting on top of one is more annoying.
