The game is broken...

I bought the game yesterday expecting it to be a really fun game, but I can't even play it. I start the game, get to the main screen, select new game, select the difficulty, brightness, then loading screen, it fades out and never comes back. The cutscene starts, because I can hear the dialog, but the screen is black. I tried skipping it, but nothing seems to work, pressing esc for a few seconds stops the cutscene, still black and a few moments later it crashes or I wait it out I hear something exciting happening and I'm just more frustrated, then the cutscene ends and the game crashes...

I hope there'll be a patch, but the game is a month old already, so I think I just wasted my money...

I've tried everything to make this work. Verify cache, reinstall, restart the game before the crash, restart it right after, reboot my pc, update my videocard driver, reinstalling visual studio, reinstall steam, change display.ini so the LetterboxEyefinity is false, messing around with the settings, check my temperature, taking my medicine, have lots of sleep and drinking plenty of liquid...nothing seems to work.

Idk, I had fun with Saints Row IV and it has co-op so I could play with one of my friend, but as long as it doesn't get patched, I'm just stuck playing other games
