100% takeover - downtown challenge
I believe I've captured all the areas in downtown and completed all quests, including the Shawarma quest. I also got the "...Double-Hockey-Sticks" achievement. However, it still shows that I haven't completed 100% takeover - downtown in the challenges.

then i have no clue how to help u but i sall say this, there is a clip at the end of capturing all the terriotorys, have u seen it yet?

Yup, seen it. This could be a bug then. It's getting in the way of getting all the achievement now :/
