how to enable cheats menu?

i cant find the cheats menu in my game.
can some one help me with this problem?

There is no cheats menu in the game by design. There are mods you can use though:

The cheat menu that modders enabled was a remnant from the SRIV engine that Gat out of Hell was built on. It wasn't so much intentionally disabled, as it was simply never worked on. Keep in mind that Gat out of Hell was a small expansion with a limited scope that was worked on by a third party (High Voltage.) Certain features like cheats, customization, etc were not part of the scope of the game.

where do i need to put this on? in the mod folder? because everytime i put it in the ST:GOOH folder everytime i press "esc" game just stop...

well.i put the files in the game directory (where the SaintsRowGatOutOfHell.exe is) then every time i press the "esc" botton my game just freeze and all i need to do is to quit the game via taskmanager.
