Gat - Find all commentaries challenge
So I still have an open challenge which is "Gat - Find all commentaries". According to the challenge I found 29 of 30 commentaries. But when I look at the map I can see that I found _all_ collectibles. Is this a known bug? How can I fix this?

That sucks :( Sure it's not showing? I was pretty sure I had the same problem with Kinzie, stuck at 29/30, but it turns out I missed one in a location I had already been a few times.

Yes, I'm sure. The map clearly shows that I found all collectibles. It says 1067/1067... This is a real bummer. Does this mean I have to replay the whole game to get the challenge? :-\ Isn't there a cheat code or something to spawn the item?
