Series S GPU supports ray tracing at hardware level, so that port will likely be customised especially for it and the game may be limited to 30fps. But people with GTX 10XX can't play DA at all on the other hand. So not everyone is fine. But yea, a game requiring 6 year old mid range GPU isn't something unprecedented.
You're going to see gameplay videos, screenshots, benchmarks and reviews. Once it's in the peoples' hands, all questions should be answered.
na not native. with dlss and frame generation at 4k.. that vram is going to go over 16gb watch. all those extra tech uses more vram then native. dlss uses vram. frame gen usese vram.. and obviously raytracing which is required for this game, will be using vram. going to need a 4090 or a 5090 to play this game maxed out at 4k with dlss and everythign turned on.
Just a side note: DLSS will obviously lower the internal res and thus reduce memory consumption. (FG might increase it again, though. ^^)
Quite literally a waste of money and all.
how is it a waste of money exactly. i skipt 40 series. not a waste of money.
I will also say that I am quite happy that the 5090 is not that much faster and I can easily skip the 50 series. ^^ Which also means I will get a lot more mileage out of the card.
