I seen that and laughed, yea pay more to do their work. I remember when companies released free demos to get that same info to optimizatize their games, now you pay extra to play a buggy game. I took it off my wish list and will.see the price around xmas time.

My point is there is no reason a single player only game that is at most a 20 hour experience, that has no multiplayer at all should be almost 80 bucks for a standard edition.. For 90 plus you get to play it 48 hours early wtf.

btw, when I saw this thread, I came up with the schizo-theory about price. maybe... just maybe microsoft made bethesda to set this high price to cover their multiple money losses, because it's doom right? everybody will buy it anyway. I rest my case

bethesda has always been scumy with fallout and their crap they pull. I am not surprised at all. They are trying to sell games on name and nostalgia vs content. Hence why battlefield series is in trouble with EA doing the same thing. UBI soft is in trouble with their buyout for similar bs. I rather risk my money wity small developers than any triple A company

Look at my hours in Eternal. If the Dark Ages has this level of replayability for me, I'll get way more out of it than 20 hours.

pretty sure this saying has been around since before computers existed.

Instead of humanity getting more intelligent so that phrase wouldn't need to be used anymore, we've gone the completely opposite direction and it's easier than ever to convince 80%~ of people to pay much more than a product or service is worth.

Eternal doesn't have that much gameplay in it regardless of how much you played it. If you're that much of an enthusiast you would have those hours in quake and doom mods..
