btw, when I saw this thread, I came up with the schizo-theory about price. maybe... just maybe microsoft made bethesda to set this high price to cover their multiple money losses, because it's doom right? everybody will buy it anyway. I rest my case

Look at my hours in Eternal. If the Dark Ages has this level of replayability for me, I'll get way more out of it than 20 hours.
pretty sure this saying has been around since before computers existed.
Instead of humanity getting more intelligent so that phrase wouldn't need to be used anymore, we've gone the completely opposite direction and it's easier than ever to convince 80%~ of people to pay much more than a product or service is worth.
Eternal doesn't have that much gameplay in it regardless of how much you played it. If you're that much of an enthusiast you would have those hours in quake and doom mods..
