So you like the slot machine mechanic?
Frankly, classic ammo mechanics are more ”random” - you don’t know how much ammo, and what kind, the map designer decided to place on the map until you complete it.
Not from enemies killed. It’s just stupid and really doesn’t make sense.
Would you prefer ammo crates or whatever scattered on the map instead?
Anything would be preferable to ♥♥♥♥ popping out of enemies.
I would, but I'm old school. I'd quite like a classic mode with health and ammo pickups, but that would probably completely break the game design.
There will most likely be ammo pickups just as there was in eternal.
also eternal have infinite ammo cheat code, and it works even for BFG (but not for crucible sadly)
We need even more primitive gameplay.
