Almost certainly, sooner or later there will be a steam sale where its discounted. Poor sales will only make it sooner. If you haven't bought it already wait l, you can wish list it and be informed when it goes on sale.

Nope. No game ever in existence has been discounted. Don't get high hopes. After 15 years, this will still be 80€

BTW you can already find it much cheaper.
