Chapter 1 Bug - 4th demonic portal

I destroyed the first 3/4 demonic portals, and now the Shredder weapon pod wont open and I can't proceed. It appears in Youtube videos this weapon pod is supposed to open and then I can destroy the 4th portal. Is there a switch or something I am missing, or is this a bug?

Try deleting the game save and restarting the game. You don't need to hit the third door to get the weapon. Maybe this is a bug.
