yea the only flying enemies are revenants and cacodemons

if you are talking about coco then here is my advice
his projectiles that look like a wall are bigger in the direction you are moving
for example you go left it means that after his shot you move to the right
impaler and rocket launcher is what you need to kill coco
impaler gets him to glory kill with 5 normal shots or 3 charged
rocket launcher 3 shots with blood sacrifice upgrade or 1 shot with parry upgrade
if you learn shield stun in this game you will destroy absolutely everything
just throw the shield to stun demon and return it back and then shoot and repeat this until your opponent dies
and if you play with heaven splitter rune then everything becomes even easier
