Level 11 - progress stuck at 99%

I collected all the items, but armor upgrade from the mini-boss did not count. Replaying doesn't help. Has anyone found a solution to the problem?

Reported bug in pre release by many only makers can fix .

If it's not because of a missing challenge, it could just be a bug. I saw on a Bethesda live stream a couple days ago that they are aware of % bugs and that they need to fix them.

Not sure on the bug. I just know that I lost my mind replaying a level that was at 99% swearing up and down I had found everything. I had! What I hadn't done is used the weapon tied to the challenge. I kicked myself pretty hard.

Probably a quest / challenge thats not done or it could be a secret area.
