Bethesda is scamming you
The game cost 69 USD. The equivalent in Euro is 59 €.
Instead it cost 79 €, which is the equivalent of 90 USD. The same is true for every other currency the game is sold in.

Maybe stop trying to overcompensate for the exchange rates of your worthless currency and maybe people will start buying you game. Stop buying from american companies that try to literally rip you off. That's all.

The price was set when the exchange rate was closer to a parity with the euro and Steam doesn't have a mechanism for automatic exchange rate adjustments. Moreover, European countries charge a VAT of around 20%, which is included in the price.

So, there's no "scamming" here, just your poor understanding of economics.

It's called regional pricing. The whole world is a scam. It's called capitalism
In Europe taxes are included in the price, its not the case here in North America.

You are new to steam? I'm sure you are.
This is a standard in literally every game's case. There is no exchange rate. They convert 1:1
